Tânia has a solid professional background in Human Resources, covering areas such as recruitment and selection, career management, performance evaluation, training, skills development, and team leadership.
Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to create and implement human development strategies, build teams from scratch, and support professionals at different stages of their careers – always with a focus on enhancing talent and fostering more collaborative and sustainable work environments.
She holds a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from ISCTE/INDEG. She recently obtained a certification in Coaching, a field that reflects her purpose: helping people and leaders unlock their potential, regain their balance, and chart more conscious paths aligned with their values.
I value authenticity, simplicity, and transparency – both in my personal and professional life. I believe in the power of empathy and resilience as pillars of any human relationship and as essential skills in today’s world.
I love summer and everything it brings: the beach, the sea, long days, unhurried conversations, and dinners with friends and family.

I’m also an avid traveller: I’ve visited over forty countries and so many cities that I’ve lost count! I still feel that every trip is a new discovery and an opportunity to reinvent myself – a different perspective on the world, on people, and often on myself. Each destination leaves behind memories, stories, and lessons that shape the way I see life and work.
My big goal? To travel around the world, collecting experiences – because I believe that it’s through encountering what’s different that we truly find ourselves.
