GDPR, Terms and Conditions for Processing Personal Data

The data collected in this form will be processed by Lamares, Capela & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, SP RL (“LACA”), as the entity responsible for processing.

The information you provide will be processed, with your consent, for the purpose of sending you relevant communications and information, and will be kept for as long as you remain interested in receiving relevant communications and information from our law firm. LACA may use subcontractors for the aforementioned purposes, ensuring the confidentiality, as well as the security of the personal data you have provided us with.

Under the terms of the applicable legislation, you may at any time request access to personal data concerning you, as well as its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the portability of your data, or oppose its processing, using the e-mail address info@lamarescapela.pt.

You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for the purposes indicated, which does not, however, nullify the processing carried out up to that date on the basis of the consent previously given. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD or other competent supervisory authority under the terms of the law if you consider that the processing of your data by LACA breaches the legal framework in force at any given time.
