Decree-Law No. 23-A/2022 of February 18, extends until June 31, 2022 the validation of expired documents, namely the Citizen’s Card and visas related to stay in national territory.
It thus amends article 16 of Decree-Law No. 10 -A/2020, of 13 March, to the extent that, Documents and visas relating to stay in national territory, whose validity expires from the date of entry in force of this decree-law or in the 15 days immediately preceding, are accepted, under the same terms, until June 30, 2022 and continue to be accepted under the same terms after that date, provided that the holder proves that he has already proceeded. to schedule the respective renewal.
