Portugal’s Mainland entered the last phase of the lockdown easing plan with the reopening of land borders and an almost normality of trade and restaurants. Besides that, air traffic restrictions remain, with India joining the list of restrictions on arrivals to Portugal.

The list of these countries includes:
- South Africa
- Brazil
- Cyprus
- Croatia
- France
- India
- Lithuania

Essential journeys are also allowed, without the need for compliance with prophylactic isolation, to passengers from countries with an incidence rate of 150 cases or more per 100,000 inhabitants, such as:
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- Bulgaria
- Chéquia
- Denmark
- Slovakia
- Slovenia

As with the air traffic restrictions established above, the obligation, regardless of nationality, to the presentation of a negative PCR test remains mandatory.
